Co-Owner, Construction Manager
Joe Meibos
Joe has worked in the construction industry in Northern Utah since 2004 as a painter, carpenter, and framer with experience in insurance claims and disaster clean-up. Before starting Flash Basements, Joe owned his own finish carpentry and framing businesses.
In his free time, Joe spends time outdoors, watches football, and spends time with family and friends. He currently lives in Plain City with his wife and three kids.
Co-Owner, Project Manager
Ryan Sanchez, PMP
Ryan started his career in project management in 2015 and has overseen many high-profile projects in the past seven years. Before project management, Ryan coached basketball at Utah Tech University, where he also played basketball and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration.
In his free time, Ryan likes to play basketball and spend time with family and friends. Ryan resides in Farr West with his wife and two kids.
